ARATA is thrilled to announce the upcoming Australian Assistive Technology Conference is scheduled for Wednesday 11 November to Friday 13 November 2026, at the iconic Melbourne Cricket Ground.

We are thrilled to announce that Kim Vien is our Conference Convenor for AATC 2026, with Tilly Brook as our Supplier Convenor and Jenni Dabelstein as pre-conference Workshop Convenor.

Under the theme “Real Solutions for Real People”, this conference aims to showcase inclusive assistive technology, spanning from low-tech to high-tech innovations.

The conference will focus on genuine collaboration among manufacturers, consumers, and prescribers to ensure that the solutions truly meet the needs of individuals.

Call for Papers – Now Open: Full submission guidelines, key dates, and review criteria can be accessed via the dedicated conference website. We invite researchers, practitioners, and industry partners to submit to present, and the AATC committee is available to support early career or novice presenters to develop your submission.
